Central Indiana Chapter Launch Event
The Central Indiana Chapter of the Social Enterprise Alliance officially launched with a “bang” on October 18th. The event started with a Leadership Team lunch with Kila Englebrook, CEO of the national Social Enterprise Alliance organization.
Following the luncheon, more than 4o people attended a class relative to their interest in social enterprise and social impact. The classes offered included:

The International Social Enterprise Movement- by Kila Englebrook CEO of Social Enterprise Alliance
Classes were followed by a wine pairing networking event provided by Culinary Brotherhood, a Indianapolis area social enterprise that teaches gourmet culinary and business skills, nutrition and life management to youth between the ages of 16 and 22. Scarbys Consulting, another Indianapolis area social enterprise, conducted a fun, engaging and educational exercise on Social Capital.
